The 2025 MSI Symposium will be held on **Friday, November 7**, from 1-7pm at the [Science and Engineering Complex](https://seas.harvard.edu/tour/allston/1/science-and-engineering-complex-sec) at Harvard University.

###    Registration &amp; Ticketing  expand\_more  

**Registration is required to attend the MSI Symposium; tickets will NOT be sold at the door**

This year’s registration fees are $15 for students and postdocs, or $30 for faculty, staff, industry scientists, and the public. You can purchase your symposium ticket through the [Harvard Box Office](https://www.boxoffice.harvard.edu/Online/default.asp?BOparam::WScontent::loadArticle::permalink=msi) website, over the phone, or by going to the ticket booth in the Smith Campus Center. Per ticket fees apply to phone or internet transactions, but there are no fees on tickets purchased in person.

***Registration closes end of day November 6th.***

This event is eligible for the student events fund (SEF). Students have until Tuesday, November 4, to request a ticket.

 

 



###    Submit a poster abstract!  expand\_more  

As part of the annual symposium, attendees are invited to participate in a poster session. If you would like to present a poster, please complete [this poster abstract submission form.](https://airtable.com/app1rpeqWR4EWWAbI/shrYcltbWn3MPw5fZ)

Poster abstract submissions are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Abstract submission will close Friday, October 31 ***or*** when poster capacity is met.

The Science and Engineering Complex is located at 150 Western Ave, Boston, MA 02134

The check-in desk will be located at the entrance to the SEC on the corner of Stadium Rd. and Western Ave.

Automatic doors are at all entrances to the Science and Engineering Complex; three are located along Western Avenue. Most classrooms, seminar spaces, and conference rooms are equipped with Assistive Listening System (ALS). ALS devices are available upon request by emailing <AVServices@seas.harvard.edu> or calling 617-496-1014.
