Registration is required to attend the MSI Symposium; tickets will NOT be sold at the door
This year’s registration fees are $15 for students and postdocs, or $30 for faculty, staff, industry scientists, and the public. You can purchase your symposium ticket through the Harvard Box Office website, over the phone, or by going to the ticket booth in the Smith Campus Center. Per ticket fees apply to phone or internet transactions, but there are no fees on tickets purchased in person.
Registration closes end of day November 6th.
Please note that cost should never be an issue to attend this event. Should you wish to inquire about scholarships or day-of volunteering, please email the MSI team at msi@fas.harvard.edu.
This event is eligible for the student events fund (SEF). Students have until Tuesday, November 4, to request a ticket.
As part of the annual symposium, attendees are invited to participate in a poster session. If you would like to present a poster, please complete this poster abstract submission form.
Poster abstract submissions are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Abstract submission will close Friday, October 31 or when poster capacity is met.
The Science and Engineering Complex is located at 150 Western Ave, Boston, MA 02134
The check-in desk will be located at the entrance to the SEC on the corner of Stadium Rd. and Western Ave.
Attendees are encouraged to use the Harvard Allston Loop and SEC-Direct shuttle routes, or the MBTA buses and trains. For more transportation information, visit the SEAS website.

Automatic doors are at all entrances to the Science and Engineering Complex; three are located along Western Avenue. Most classrooms, seminar spaces, and conference rooms are equipped with Assistive Listening System (ALS). ALS devices are available upon request by emailing AVServices@seas.harvard.edu or calling 617-496-1014.
